You're so Shellfish

Description

Cake is two layers of  chocolate flavour.

Filling is chocolate ganache.

Decoration is a chocolate and vanilla  fondant

This cake was made for the dessert at a seafood dinner and reflected the theme with crab, eel and jelly fish.
