Cakes, Canapés, Savouries & Sweets is a provider of custom cakes located in Gaffney, South Carolina.

Whatever the occasion, big or small, we are happy to design a cake or desserts according to your needs.

In the past we were keepers of a 14 room country inn and restauranteurs of a 75 seat fine dining restaurant.  Although we had an exceptional chef and kitchen staff,  cakes and desserts remained a particular personal interest.    

 As far as flavours are concerned we can generally satisfy your requirements even if they are not listed (see Flavours and Fillings) or are a little different. We welcome a challenge and the enjoyment of doing something unusual.
